These skidplates are made with 3/16" steel plate,  cnc cut, extra ribs are welded in place to help strengthen the center portions, fully bolt on to existing holes on crossmembers, they will need a couple nut incerts installed and couple of holes drilled for mounting. 
They come raw metal and will need to be coated with your choice.
You also have an access hole for the oil drain plug for engine oil.
