This bumper fits 4rh gen 4runners, it's constructed from 1.75" 120wall DOM tubing and 1/4" plate steel for mounting to the frame, the recovery points are .75" thick with a 1" diameter hole for clevice. 
Comes with tabs to mount bush lights and signal lights. Will fit up to 10,000 lb winch. Weight is approximately 50lbs.
